Changed your mind? We understand and offer a 14 day return policy. Please contact us at info@vouthangers.com.

To qualify for a return the items must be in their original condition, packaging and complete with hardware. 

Items must be received in new and undamaged condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Damages and Issues

If you encounter any issue with your order due to damage or breakage on reciept or during the guareente period please contact us immediately via info@vouthangers.com, and we will resolve the matter.

Tampering

Vout Hangers are not serviceable. They are sealed for life. 

We will not accept any returns where tampering or attempt to gain access is evident.

Refunds

Upon receipt we will advise the refund approval. 

The refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@vouthangers.com for assistance.
